Of course, we really want your stay to be up to your expectations! This is only possible if you know what to expect beforehand. We therefore kindly ask you to read the regulations.
When you confirm the offer/booking, you also sign that you have read and agree to the rules.
- Check-in by appointment between 4 pm and 8 pm, check-out before 11 am.
- Dogs are not allowed in the chalets or on the grounds.
- The rental agreement is only definite after payment.
- After confirmation, you will automatically receive the invoice by email. You must pay the amount due within 14 days. (Last minute bookings also have to be paid in advance)
You can transfer the amount to: Iban: NL54RABO 0357470079 / Bic: RABONL2U, in the name of B&B Een Goede Reede stating your name and booking period.
- Are you booking a chalet for someone else? No problem! You are in that case responsible for the agreement and the payment. We would then like to receive the contact details and expected arrival time of the guests. The guests do need to be informed about the rules and adhere to them.
- If you are unexpectedly unable to keep to your booking agreement, the following conditions apply as far as the booking fees are concerned:
- For cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the full amount.
- Between 21 and 14 days before the date of arrival, you will have to pay 50% of the full amount.
- Within 14 days before the date of arrival, you will have to pay the full amount.
A refund will no longer be possible, because it will be difficult to still rent out the accommodation.
- For cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the full amount.
- For practical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to drop off your vehicle/luggage before the check-in time.
- There is 1 parking space per chalet.
- You will stay in our B&B on our secluded private property.
- To guarantee our safety and the privacy of you, us and the other guests, it is not allowed to receive “visitors” in your chalet or to let others use the facilities.
- Renters may not cause any noise disturbances.
- Food deliveries are not allowed for practical reasons. We also expect that strongly smelling food is kept to a minimum in our chalets. This is because smells can be perceived as unpleasant by guests who come after you.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- For safety reasons, open fire or candles are not allowed.
- Our B&B is not suitable for people with a disability due to the small step.
- Our chalets are not suitable for small children or babies. We would like to assure the luxury and peace and quiet that guests come for.
- We are not liable under any circumstances for the loss or theft of your belongings.
- Something can always break during your stay, usually by accident! Everyone is insured for this. Although you are, of course, required to let us know!
- If, immediately after your stay, we discover that something has been damaged, broken or missing, and this has not been reported, then the costs of replacement/repair will be charged to you.
- Should you or your party not comply with our previously agreed rules or cause inconvenience to us or our guests, we reserve the right at all times to ask you to leave immediately. A refund is not possible in this case!
- B&B Een Goede Reede has the right to cancel a booking on account of a valid reason. Of course, you will be refunded the full amount in that case. In addition, we will also help you to find a suitable solution.
We strive to make the stay of all our guests as pleasant as possible. If there is anything you are not happy with during your stay, please let us know while you are there so that we can perhaps do something about it straight away.
